      1. Cleaning Service Agreement
      Our service agreement, provided by CleanNest Cleaning Services LLC, outlines the terms and conditions specific to your cleaning appointment. It includes details such as service frequency, pricing, responsibilities, cancellation terms, and any applicable extra charges. By booking a cleaning with us, you agree to follow the terms outlined in this agreement.

      2. Booking and Payment
      a. To confirm your cleaning appointment, a booking confirmation is required. Full payment or a deposit may be required in advance depending on the service. We accept various payment methods including cash, card, and electronic transfer.
      b. All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways. Your payment details are protected according to industry standards.

      3. Service Requirements
      a. You must provide accurate information about your property and grant access for cleaning at the scheduled time.
      b. CleanNest Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary for staff.

      4. Use of Services
      a. Our cleaning services are to be used for lawful residential or commercial purposes only.
      b. Clients must not request illegal or inappropriate tasks from cleaning staff.

      5. Property Condition and Expectations
      a. We aim to deliver services in a professional and thorough manner. You are expected to maintain the space between visits and notify us of any specific needs or concerns ahead of time.
      b. Additional charges may apply for extreme mess, pet waste, or other conditions outside regular cleaning expectations.

      6. Liability and Insurance
      a. You are responsible for the condition and safety of your premises. We take reasonable precautions, and our team is trained, but CleanNest Cleaning Services LLC is not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions or fragile items.
      b. We carry basic liability insurance for added protection. Please ensure valuables are secured during the cleaning session.

      7. Limitation of Liability
      a. CleanNest Cleaning Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
      b. In case of scheduling issues, staff emergencies, or unforeseen events, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a suitable alternative.

      8. Governing Law
      These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.


      ✅ CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

      1. Cancellation
      a. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning time to avoid any cancellation fees.
      b. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service cost.
      c. No-shows without prior cancellation will be charged the full service amount.
      d. Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability and must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.

      2. Refunds
      a. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

      3. Payment Processing with Stripe
      We use Stripe to process online payments. When you make a payment, your card details are securely transmitted to Stripe. We do not store any credit/debit card information on our servers.

      4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

      We take reasonable steps to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your data.
